You retain ownership of your content and remain solely responsible for it.

Ocalt (Pty) Ltd does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs from Ocalt products are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Ocalt (Pty) Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
Ocalt (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Ocalt, or third parties.
