Convert files already in Ocalt or on a machine

Pick inputs from My Files or a linked device, and send outputs back to a device.

Open Alter

Steps

  1. In Convert files, click From My Files to choose files in your Ocalt namespace, or From a device to choose files on a machine running the OcaltQL Client.
  2. Open the folders, tick the files and click Add selected. The originals stay where they are.
  3. Choose the output and click Create conversion job.
  4. To put a result on a machine, click Send to a device on the output, choose the machine and folder, and click Send here.

Good to know

  • If a machine is offline, start the Ocalt client on it, then try again.
