Convert files to another format

Turn images, video, audio, documents, data and more into the format you need.

Open Alter

Steps

  1. Open alter.ocalt.com and click New conversion, then Convert files.
  2. Under Add your files, drop files onto the box, or click Browse files, Choose a folder, From My Files or From a device.
  3. Under Choose the output, check the File family and click the format under Convert to. Click any Additional outputs you also want.
  4. Adjust the Conversion settings if you need to, for example image quality.
  5. Check the Job summary and click Create conversion job.
  6. When it finishes, click Download, Save to My Files or Send to a device on each output.

Good to know

  • Click Save as preset to reuse the same settings later from Presets & workflows.
  • Jobs carry on in your namespace if you close the tab. Find them under Conversion history.
