Run your first OcaltQL script

Open the console, run a line of OcaltQL and see the result.

Steps

  1. Open console.ocalt.com and sign in.
  2. Click in the editor and type: EMIT “hello”
  3. Click Run, or press Ctrl+Enter.
  4. The result appears in the output. Switch between Rendered, Raw and Log to see it in different forms.

Good to know

  • Click Snippets for ready examples, like listing a folder, reading a file or running code on a machine.
  • To run the same script from your own code, use your API key. See Find and rotate your OcaltQL API key.
