Sign in, and reset a forgotten password

Sign in with your email, phone or username, or get a reset link by email.

Open Ocalt account

Steps

  1. Open any Ocalt app, or go to accounts.ocalt.com.
  2. In Email, phone, or username, type any one of the three. Type your Password and click Sign In.
  3. If you have forgotten the password, click Forgot password? under the Sign In button.
  4. Type the Email on your account and click Send reset link.
  5. Open the email from Ocalt and click the link in it.
  6. Type your new password and click Set new password. Then sign in with it.

Good to know

  • The message “If that email has an account, a reset link is on its way” appears whether or not the email is registered. If nothing arrives in a few minutes, check spam, then try the other email you may have used.
