Link a machine to Clusters

Bring a computer or server into your machine inventory.

Open Clusters

Steps

  1. Open clusters.ocalt.com and click Link machine.
  2. Follow the three steps shown: install the OcaltQL Client on the machine (click Get the client), sign it in with your Ocalt account, and wait for it to appear. For a Linux server you reach by SSH, click Add a server over SSH instead, and Ocalt installs the agent for you.
  3. Click Machines in the side menu. The machine is listed with its status, hardware and resources.

Good to know

  • Click Refresh inventory if it does not show yet.
