Use your mailbox in Outlook, Apple Mail or a phone

Find the IMAP and SMTP settings for any mail app.

Open Ocalt Email

Steps

  1. Click Accounts in the side menu, then click the mailbox.
  2. Find Use this mailbox in other apps. It lists the Server, Port and Security for IMAP and SMTP.
  3. In your mail app, add an account. Use the full email address as the username and the mailbox password as the password.
  4. Copy the server names and ports from Ocalt Email into the app and save.

Good to know

  • Forgot the mailbox password? Set a new one under Password and forwarding with Change password.
  • The mailbox password is not your Ocalt password and not your API key.
