Serve one file from a machine

Make a public link that streams a single file straight off a machine.

Open Fabric

Steps

  1. Click Tunnels & Served Files in the side menu, then + Serve file.
  2. Choose the Machine and fill in Path on the machine, or click Browse to pick the file.
  3. Type a Label (optional) and click Create link.

What happens next

The file is read from the machine on each visit, so the machine must stay online.

Good to know

  • To stop serving it, find its row under Served files and click Remove.
